Teaching machines to think and move.
A student-run community at Rhodes College for frontier AI and robotics. We build together and support students doing research.
We come together to explore, discuss, and build with frontier AI and robotics, and to ask what it all means for Rhodes, Memphis and everyone else.
Research support
Want to do research? We connect members with Rhodes faculty whose work fits their interests and back student researchers along the way.
Build together
Small teams build models, robots and apps from scratch. No experience needed.
Paper discussions
We read papers as a group, from the foundational ones to last month's, and talk through the math and the ethics behind them.
Workshops & hackathons
Hands-on sessions where members share what they know, plus hackathons and guest talks.
Events
Nothing on the calendar yet. We'll post meetings and events on Presence and Instagram, so follow along there.
